Mercury Brewing Company is pleased to partner with
Union Beer Distributors, New York City's preeminent
craft beer distributor, in expanding distribution of
Ipswich Ale to the NYC-Metro area.
Not since the late '90's has Ipswich been available
to thirsy beer aficionados of NYC. Discerning craft
beer drinkers in the 5 Boroughs of New York City,
Westchester County, Long Island, and Lower Hudson
Valley can now purchase Ipswich Ale.
Available styles include Ipswich Original Ale,
Ipswich IPA and Ipswich Oatmeal Stout. Speciality
cask-conditioned offerings are also available.

Mustard's updated look for 2007. Made with Ipswich
Oatmeal Stout, Ipswich Ale Mustard is richly
flavored with a good mustard bite and just a hint of
sweet. Fabulous for sandwiches and all meats.
Our mustard is produced at Raye's Mustard Mill of
Eastport, Maine using the time honored method of
stone grinding whole mustard seeds. Raye's is the
only known stone mill in the United States that
continues the 600 year old tradition of stone
grinding.
10 oz jars of Ipswich Ale Mustard are for sale online
or at select retailers in Massachusetts.
One-gallon food service containers are also
available directly from the brewery.

| About Mercury Brewing Company |
| |
Mercury Brewing Company emerged in 1999 when Rob
Martin, then Director of Operations for Ipswich
Brewing Company, purchased the brewery and renamed
the company Mercury Brewing and Distribution Company.
While continuing production of Ipswich Ale, Martin
expanded the company with Stone Cat Ales and Lagers,
Mercury Premium Sodas, and numerous contract brewing
agreements.
With over 50 different beverages in production
throughout the year, Mercury's 12 full-time
employees are always hard at work bringing the
freshest hand-crafted beverages to the distinguished
drinker.
